International Orders not accepted

Contiguous United States - Shipping cost will be based on your order amount. Please see table below for your expected shipping charge and transit time. We will choose the most efficient carrier to ship your order based on package weight and destination. Carriers used are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Most orders with little volume and weighing under 2 lb. will ship with USPS and generally will deliver within 3 business days when choosing Standard Shipping. On orders with heavier weight will generally ship via FedEx or UPS.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
• Currently, only orders from the contiguous United States(lower 48 states) are accepted.
• Florida orders are subject to 7% sales tax.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday except holidays.
• Items that are oversize or overweight may require additional shipping charge. 
• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise once it has been transferred to the shipping company.
• Oversized packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will incur additional freight charges.
• Prices calculated online are estimates and may be subject to change.

Returns Policy

• Will accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days after the invoice date.
• Returned merchandise must include a copy of your invoice/receipt.
• All return items must be in new condition with all accessories, and in the original packaging.
• Merchandise that has been used or tampered with in any way will not be accepted. The customer will be given the option of us discarding the merchandise or re-acquiring their merchandise by the customer paying for the shipping fees.
• A note with your contact information and the reason for the return must be included with the returned merchandise.
• All merchandise shipped back should be insured with the shipping company.
• we are not responsible for lost merchandise being returned without shipping insurance.
• Shipping, handling, and shipping insurance costs are non-refundable.
• Items returned after 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
• All Returns are to be shipped at the customers expense:

• Returns on merchandise not meeting the above requirements will not be honored.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the merchandise.
• Credits on returns are issued within two weeks of the return arriving at our premises and our acceptance of the return.
